Oven Roasted Potatoes
We really like these. I am generous with the spices and I do not peel the potatoes. I mix the spices in a small bowl. Separately, I put the cut potatoes in large bowl and stir them with the olive oil (more than 1/8 cup) to coat. Then I put the spice mixture in the bowl with the potatoes and stir until thoroughly coated. Put them in the oven until they are crispy. Very tasty!
