Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
OMG good!! Just made for the first time and it was great. I used Moore's medium Buffalo Wing Sauce, poured 3/4 of a 16 oz jar over the frozen chicken breast, shredded chicken when I got home from work and added about 4 to 5 tablespoons of my homemade ranch dressing. When ready to eat, toasted buns, and topped buffalo chicken with blue cheese dressing, wonderful, all the great buffalo chicken flavor without the breading and deep frying. I recommend highly.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
I did as others and added an additional 1/2 block of cream cheese, I also added pumpkin spice to the batter, put small amount of batter in muffin pan, added cream cheese mixture then another layer batter, topped with the pecan brown sugar mixture, YUMMY, my picky hubby would not even taste them because he saw the recipe and when he read "Pumpkin" he refused to try them. Everyone else who had them said they are great. A little extra work, but worth it, I ended up with 24 cupcakes.

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese
Definitely creamy, creamy, creamy, maybe a little too creamy. I did not like the mustard at all and not real crazy about the parm cheese. I will try again and use more noodles, no mustard and no parm.
