These are pretty good. I used ham instead of bacon and cheddar instead of american, I also added salt and pepper to the batter, a little too muffin like to me, so next time I may cut back on the baking mix or add more egg. This is a great thing to grab out the fridge, pop in the microwave and eat before you run out the door in the morning.

Yummy! I did onion petals because I did not think is was worth the time to go thru the steps of a blooming onion, I tried battering just once, did not turn out that great, but on the 2nd batch I did the double batter and those turned out really good, so I recommend that highly. For the dipping sauce, I only used 1 & ½ tablespoons of horseradish sauce and that was plenty for my taste (it was still strong), I also added an extra ½ tablespoon of ketchup after tasting and an additional 1/3 teaspoon paprika for more color. REALLY GOOD STUFF.

OMG good!! Just made for the first time and it was great. I used Moore's medium Buffalo Wing Sauce, poured 3/4 of a 16 oz jar over the frozen chicken breast, shredded chicken when I got home from work and added about 4 to 5 tablespoons of my homemade ranch dressing. When ready to eat, toasted buns, and topped buffalo chicken with blue cheese dressing, wonderful, all the great buffalo chicken flavor without the breading and deep frying. I recommend highly.
