Spanish Flan
I liked this and it was very easy, although does require patience while melting the sugar. I was wondering if there was a trick of making the filling with a smoother texture. I thought it should be smoother, but don't know what I could have done differently. Some of the sugar mixture did solidify in the pan, but there was stil plenty enough to cover the flan. Any suggestions?

Holiday Punch I
Excellent Xmas Punch. Made it for work and for home (added vodka for home brew) It was wonderful!

Authentic French Meringues
Excellent!! and soooo simple. Can't believe I have to look it up every time I make them. I added coconut to them this time - in the oven now, but I'm sure they will be even better than the last 2 batches I made. Yummmmmers!
