Spanish Flan
I liked this and it was very easy, although does require patience while melting the sugar. I was wondering if there was a trick of making the filling with a smoother texture. I thought it should be smoother, but don't know what I could have done differently. Some of the sugar mixture did solidify in the pan, but there was stil plenty enough to cover the flan. Any suggestions?
