Creamy Rice Pudding
It's good for a quick rice pudding, but the creamy rice puding I usually make by boiling rice in the milk has a less watery taste. Not bad though. Will make again if I need to use leftover rice.

Mint Jelly
I love mint Jelly, but it turned out pale yellow-green and far too sweet. Flavour was all wrong too. (Maybe because we only had spearmint.) It set up nicely, but all in all, won't make this one again.

Peach Cobbler IV
Really good. I used regular flour + 1 tbsp of baking powder and baked it for the full hour. Added 1tsp of vanilla. Could stand to bake another few minutes, because it's still a bit soupy, but really, really good.
