Nutty Shrimp Salad Sandwiches
WOW! I must say...the thought of Kiwi with mayo and shrimp sounded weird..but boy was it tasty!

Aaahh! Potato Soup
Does anyone ever just follow the recipe? Well I did and it was good...but to close to just plain old scalloped potatoes...still it was good, but because I like potatoes so much.

Chicken and Corn Chili
Not quite as flavorful as I'd hoped, but I think I'd still make it again since it was so easy.
