Delish! This recipe was fantastic and my husband and I had to make ourselves stop eating it. :) I too used the balsamic vinegar, doubled the sauce and found that it cooked in far less than 3 hours. I served it over rice and sauteed some apples on the side. Would be great with pineapple too.

This sandwich was AMAZING and SUPER quick and easy to make. It was ready in 10 minutes! I admit that I did not measure the ingredients, just tossed them on the sandwich (but did add more cilantro later). My husband preferred his with "lots of lime". He gives it two thumbs as well. We will definitely be making this again and again! :)

This was AWESOME! I loved it! I will say that I did have difficulty 'braiding' it. The crescent dough started to get too sticky to work with and I was trying to work quickly. So while it didn't look braided (more lumpy), it was really really delicious! I made it for a surprise party and was asked for the recipe.
