I'm married to an Italian who LOVES to eat!! I'm Armenian and growing up my grandmother lived with us; I was able to pick up some great tips and tricks! In both of our families food is sooo important! I love to grill out in the summer...Chicken, steak, fish. Another one of my favorites to cook is Lasagna. Stuffed Grape Leaves...yummy! I love everyody piled into the kitchen helping and getting in the way. We also have a pastery that is made on the big holidays because it takes so much time to prepare Nazook. My first Thanksgiving (of course with Mom's help). I think that was the best turkey I'd ever had, not just because I made it! When I made a roast in the pressure cooker. I left the kitchen for 10 minutes and totally burned the entire meal. It took 3 days to get the burnt food off the pot!!!
