Lady Baltimore Frosting
I have no candy-making experience (soft-ball stage? What's that?), but found this recipe very easy. It was so simple, yet turned out better than other cooked-frostings I've tried.

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake
I bought cake mix with pudding already in the mix (oops!), but it was easily remedied... the cake mix already had 1 cup of pudding in it, a package of pudding makes 2 cups, so I only used half a package of pudding. I used only 4 eggs and left out the almond extract. It turned out perfect. I've baked it with choc chips and without... it's great either way! Leftover batter? Make cupcakes.

Applesauce
This recipe turned out kind of chunky and that's *exactly* what I was looking for. Very simple, very easy, very TASTY! Thankyou for sharing.
