Apple Crisp IV
Yum! I had read previous reviews, so I cut the flour down to 1 1/2 cups and I did not measure the apples - just used my Pampered Chef peeler, corer, slicer and cut until I had a medium bowl filled. I tossed the apples with lemon juice and additional brown sugar. Everyone in my family loved it and it turned out nicely. We have 5 people and barely dipped into the pan. Lots of yummy leftovers!
