Keeping my recipe for Chicken Francaise the same. My husband said I never cooked it the same way twice, so I had to write it down, exactly, so I can recreate it for him. I love to tweak my recipes. What can I say?
My cooking tragedies
This year I couldn't find my roasting pan so I roasted my turkey in a glass casserole.( I haven't roasted a turkey in years) When I put it the burner to make the gravy it EXPLODED!!.
Thank God I had covered everything else on the stove top before hand.
