Excelent...I used cooked schrimp and small scallops in this and it was a big hit. Loved the citrus flavour. I cut down on the spanish onion (personal preference) and served with corn crackers.

My first Tiramisu and it was so easy and a big hit with my book group, rave reviews from everyone. OK, now on to the minor changes I made. The mascarpone container was only 1 cup so I add a 1/4 C of cream cheese & 1 tsp of sour cream to make up the rest, and I added a shot of Kahula to a small strong coffe instead of using straight coffe liqueur on the lady fingers. Thanks for a great recipe.

Next time I wouldn't bother with the fuss and mess of battering and deep frying the chicken bits.
