Chicken Tikka Masala

Wonderful! I was making this for a large party so I omitted the cayenne pepper to make it a little milder. It got rave reviews. I will now make it as stated to see if we like it that way too. I did omit all the salt as other reviewers suggested as I don't usually cook with salt anyway.

Gobi Aloo (Indian Style Cauliflower with Potatoes)

After the cooking time stated in the recipe the potatoes and cauliflower were still too hard and the pan was very dry. I added a little water and put it back on the heat until they were tender. The flavor was very good and I will probably make this again.

Venison Pot Roast

Wonderful! I made this in the crock pot like one of the other reviewers suggested. It came out great. Substituted sweet potatoes for potatoes and added the thyme and bay leaf for the last hour of cooking. I will make this again.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I made this for a party at my house and had several people say it was the best they ever had. I did make the changes that others suggested by adding cinnamon, nutmeg & vanilla. Also cooked it at 350 in the lower part of the oven for the whole time. Will make this again and again!
