Eggs Benedict
This is a little too lemony for me. I reduced the lemon to 3 tablespoons and it came out perfect.

Cheese Fondue
Very stringy and it had to be watched all the time. I will keep looking for a cheese fondue recipe that we like more.

Chicken Tikka Masala
Wonderful! I was making this for a large party so I omitted the cayenne pepper to make it a little milder. It got rave reviews. I will now make it as stated to see if we like it that way too. I did omit all the salt as other reviewers suggested as I don't usually cook with salt anyway.
