OK...even despite one major flaw in this recipe, I am giving it 5 stars. My family loved it!!! So yummy!!! The problem came in boiling them or maybe the bags we used. We used Glad sandwich bags, which seemed great for individuality, however, I think the pot we used may have been too small, because the bags broke :o( I will follow the recipe exactly next time and be sure to use a really big pot and the freezer bags suggested! Excellent!!!!

Only one word can describe this roast....WOW! We loved this recipe! My only complaint is the cayenne....the gravy and drippings had a bit of a spicy bite to it. I willl reduce the amount by just a bit for the next time. All in all, a fabulous dinner! Thank you for our new family favourite!

This recipe is fantastic. I only made one small change. I added two tablespoons of honey to make herbed honey roasted potatos. The results were amazing. Thank you for the amazing recipe.
