BBQ Feta and Hot Banana Pepper Turkey Burgers
These were really good. I recently started the south beach diet and these fit in perfectly with my meal plan. The only thing I did differently was, I added some sun dried tomatoes and seasoned it with Spike all purpose seasoning (love that stuff!) Would definitely recommend this recipe! Thanks for sharing it with us :o)

Veal Cutlet with Red Peppers
This was my first time making veal, so I was relaly excited about this recipe. Unfortunatly, it did not do it for me.. The dish lacked flavor..the veal was overdone and rubbery. Just not what I was hoping for.

Marcia's Company Casserole
I husbands mother had given me a recipe very very similar to this a few years ago. It is one of my husbands casserole dishes. In her recipe you mix the cottage cheese mixture with the noodles and alternate layers of meat sauce and the noodle mixture. I also added garlic powder to the meat while it was browning and to the egg noodles.. It is a tasty recipe the makes a lot, and everyone in my family loves it.
