Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I used 12oz of chicken broth instead of beer. I drained only the corn and made it exactly like the recipe. It was delicious! I topped it off with sour cream, cheese and crushed tortilla chips. I won't change any part of it when I make it again, except the broth for the beer. Will make again and again!

Peach Pie
Wonderful! I changed added/ changed a few things. I used 1/2 half brown sugar, 1/2 white sugar. I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. I did also add 1tbsp cornstarch also. I used canned peaches, drained them while I was doing the other part and after they drained I used them. I topped the lattice with an egg wash and sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on the top. I also did cook on 450 for 15 minutes and then back to 340 for 30 minutes. It was so easy and I will be making this one for family gatherings soon!

Blueberry Muffins II
Wonderful and easy recipe! I was looking for something to do with all my blueberries that I had in the fridge. They were great, my husband couldn't even wait until I was able to get them out of the pan! He loved them! Will make them again for sure!
