Taco Stuffed Shells
Made this 2 days ago, and made 2 dishes, one to cook, other in the freezer. I cut the recipes in half as there's only 2 of us. /baked the one last night and must say, we loved it.. Very tasty as is.I did add more Taco sauce to the dish, prior to baking. Thanks Jennifer,will put this into my "keeper" file.. We really enjoyed this.Has a subtle mexican flavor, but also has a similar lasagna flavor..LOVED IT!

Chilled Cantaloupe Soup
i've been making this for about 2 or 3 years. we love the coolness, the flavor and it's great for anytime.a great way to get your fruits for the day. i just made some about 1/2 hr. ago, and i add some nutmeg, sometimes in place of cinnamon...thank you and i really recommend you give it try. for 2 of us, i use half a melon and maybe a little less o.j.....we love the texture of the cantelope.....

Baked Chicken Reuben
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE BEST CHICKEN DISHES I'VE MADE OVER MANY YEARS..SOUNDS STRANGE, BUT IF YOU LOVE REUBEN SANDWICHES, YOU'LL DEFINITELY LOVE THIS.SO EASY! I MAKE THIS ABOUT ONCE A MONTH.THANKS.....
