I have had over twenty-five years in the culinary arts in varied settings ranged from rustic camps through to resorts and hotels.
I keep abreast of modern trends and methods presenting them in my meals and menus. using a pallet of tastes, textures and color to do so. I enjoy a challenge and embrace contact with my clientele giving me the opportunity of one on one or more interaction.
Over the past few years Ive concentrated on specialty diet requirements and
healthier eating habits. Ive dealt with many different allergies, intolerances and sensitivities, vegetarian requests, all testing my creativity both on my own web site and in written books yet to be published.. I hope to continue to broaden and increase my own and the publics knowledge and awareness, for better balanced eating.
