Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets
My family loved the taste of this recipe it has great flavor with a few changes, I used olive oil instead of veggie oil, I did not use butter just cooking spray for the pan so the fish didn't stick, and baked it like others suggested at 325 in the oven. The fish came out crispy and they loved it! My son and I like lemon so we put that on at the table in moderation, that made it tangy and very good. Would suggest this to others that love fish.
