Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This is a great basic recipe. I added considerably more enchilada sauce, so my base would be a bit hardier (I essentially doubled the recipe, but tripled the enchilada sauce). Also, instead of using water, I used chicken broth. Definitely a keeper!
