Garlic Chicken
Made this tonight with chicken breast pounded down. Ended up marinading it for about an hour in the Olive oil Garlic mix. ( I added fresh groung pepper as well.) Put it in a pam sprayed baking dish and baked it @ 350 with kraft parmisan and it turned out Wonderful! meat was tender and flavorful! Will definately use this recipe again! I served it over Rice a Roni parmisan sauce and rice and it was a big hit with my picky 4 and 5 yr old eaters! Thanks for the recipe Carol!

Whitney's Peanut Butter Cookie Balls
The absolute easiest recipe I have made for christmas this year and oh soooo yummy! I will absolutely keep this recipe! Thank you so much for sharing!! I didn't change a thing with the recipe. I rolled some in powdered sugar, some in cocoa, and some in coconut. I will be making another batch and am thinking of dipping some in melted chocolate! these are great for holiday gifts! thank you!!
