Simple White Cake
I don't know why this is rated so high. I made cupcakes with this recipe and they were just ok. The texture is too course and mealy, kinda like cornbread as some have mentioned, and it is yellowish not white. I did add an extra 2T of milk as some suggested but I'm not sure what difference it made. The taste was alright but overall these were dissapointing and I wouldn't make them again.
