Used shrimp instead of crawfish, didn't have cream of mushroom so I substituted with cream of celery, doubled the corn and cream cheese, added 2 cans of diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and slap ya mamma seasoning. It's so good you really could slap "ya Mamma"!

This is the best recipe! I made 72 servings for a large dinner. Omitted the raisins, used 3 parts half and half 1 part milk, half cane sugar/half white sugar. I served it with whipped topping. Everyone raved over it. My mother said it was better than so-and-so's recipe, which is an honor! Better than restaurant quality. I cannot say enough! Did I mention this was the first time I made bread pudding?

I made this for my family 3 days ago and they absolutely loved it. The chicken was moist and juicy. The recipe was very easy to follow. I added extra garlic and Tony Chachere's to the spinach mixture and just used sliced cheese instead. I will recommend this recipe to all of my family and friends.
