Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
Nixed the onions as others suggested otherwise followed this recipe exactly. It was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. mmmm....easy too! Only down side is it takes a long while to cook.

Best Guacamole
yum! i only had limes so thats what i used. Also, I forgot to add the olive oil. This was soooooooooo yummy and hit the spot.

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup
Very delicious. My 13mo ate his whole bowl. Instead of margarine I used real butter. I also added cheddar cheese from grass fed cows and my own frozen chx stock. Yum!
