Christmas dinner, and all the treats that go with it! My recipe for fried chicken - its a hit every time! Also, when I finally got the knack of making and assembling tamales - that was another major one! Trying some Peanut Butter Thai Chicken from this site. It was wretched, and I still have nightmares! I should have known better to have cooked it! Peanut butter goes on sandwiches and chocolate, not on chicken! Chicken is for frying in a cast iron!!
