China Lake Barbequed Steak
Great! I've been using this recipe for a few years now and always get rave reviews. It's great on any type of meat especially chicken. I use fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, and low sodium soy sauce.

Crab Dip
I gave this 3 stars because I followed the other reviewers advice and made some changes. I used 16oz of cream cheese, 6 green onions instead of a regular onion,2 cloves of garlic minced instead of garlic powder, 3(6 oz.) cans of crabmeat, and added 1 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar, and 2 tsp. of Old Bay seasoning. I just put it all in a 2qt crock pot and let it cook for several hours. It was fantastic!! Everyone loved it. One of my coworkers said she doesn't like crab dips, but she loved this one!

Grandma's Secret Pie Crust
I only gave this 3 stars because it's a little bland as is. I made a few changes and now it's a 5 star recipe. I used a stick of softened butter and a 3/4 cup of shortening instead of the 1-1/4 cups of shortening. I also increased the salt to 1-1/2 tsp. This is perfect for meat pies or dessert pies.
