Grilled Asian Chicken
This recipe was simple and delicious. I did marinate it for longer than called (about an hour) simply because that was convenient, and I would do that again in the future as the taste was good, certainly not too strong. Also, I used 1 t. ground ginger since I didn't have the fresh and I fried instead of grilling the chicken. If you want sauce to pour over, I would suggest doubling. I served it next to fried rice, and I think grilled or sauteed asparagus or steamed broccoli would go great with it as well. A keeper!

Home-Fried Potatoes
Wow! These potatoes were absolutely delicious. I first tried them as a side next to fried chicken, then as a brunch served with sour cream. I can see myself making these again and again. I did add some garlic powder, as per previous reviewers, and just fried the onions directly with the potatoes to save time - there's no need to do it separately.

Veal Chop with Portabello Mushrooms
This recipe was something special. I usually just grill or broil veal chops - this was only a bit more work, but looked and tasted incredible. I did use dried instead of fresh rosemary, because that's what I had in the house.
