My Grandmother taught me to cook the traditional ways. My Mother taught me how to measure and blend and so on. But my greatest influence was my Nana.

My favorite family cooking traditions
Making the Italian cookies for Christmas. My Nana and I would start right after Halloween and start making the 7 or 8 different kinds of cookies, everything from Biscotti to Bones of the Dead.
