Taco Lasagna
Delicious. I took other reviewers advice and substituted the corn tortillas with flour tortillas. This dish looked exactly like lasagna and tasted exactly like a taco. Everyone loved it. Even my picky eaters. Will definitely make again. Probably weekly (at least monthly)

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
i made theses for a cookie swap & everyone looooved them. followed the recipe exactly. froze the pb cups before inserting them. awesome!
