Seven Layer Taco Dip

*Pretty* good but I was surprised at how watery it was. I too had to soak up sides with a paper towel. Probably would not make again.

Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle

OMGosh was this ever delicious - AND rich! I didn't have any coffee granules so I had to omit that. It was still absolutely delicious and actually very pretty in a trifle bowl. My husband, daughter and I ate every bit of it in two days! Thanks for a great and very simple to make dessert recipe!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

WOW! These cupcakes are really yummy and addictive! We used a milk chocolate frosting but these are just as delicious without frosting! One thing I have noticed though - after they are done baking, the cookie dough is more hollow or 'holey' in the center, (if that makes any sense). What could be causing this? Anyway, these are still scrumptious! Thanks so much for posting!

Hockey Pucks

These cookies are so easy and delicious! The only change I made was using milk chocolate in place of the semi-sweet. Perfect combination for those of us who love their salty peanut butter but also love their sweet chocolate. Thanks for sharing!

Easy Lemon Cookies

These cookies are absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe to a 'T' and they turned out perfect. My daughter doesn't even like anything lemon flavored but she loved these. I've had three people recently ask me for the recipe. Thanks Lissa for sharing!

Three Cheese Manicotti II

My daughter and I fixed this last night for dinner and it was PERFECT! I didn't have any minced garlic so I added some garlic powder instead and Mmmmm, nice and cheesy and delicious! Thanks for a great recipe!

Coconut Poke Cake

Oh my goodness - the best cake ever and so easy! I have been making this for years and it is always a huge hit. It is light, fluffy and so moist. I like it best when served cold. My husband doesn't even like coconut and he likes this; I just don't use as much coconut on top. If you haven't tried this yet, try it - you'll love it! =)

Magic Cookie Bars II

This is one of my all-time favorite bar cookies! The perfect balance of sweet & salty flavors & SO moist. I have tried this recipe with different types of nuts too & no matter what kind I choose, it is still delicious.

Easy OREO Truffles

No Bake Cookies III

These 'No-Bakes' are fantastic! I make them sometimes by omitting the chocolate when I am having a peanut butter craving, and call them 'Peanut Butter No-Bakes'. Again, great recipe!

Peach Cobbler VI

I am in no way a great cook but this cobbler is indeed very easy to make and is simply delicious! The only variations I made was to use fresh peaches ~(I only used 2 large ones), and about 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon stirred in the batter. Thanks for such a great recipe Karen! =)

Gingerbread Frosting for Cookies

Banana Banana Bread

Oh my gosh was this ever delicious! My daughter and I made this and it turned out so moist, dense and just perfect! We also added, like many others: 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Thank you Shelley for a great recipe!

Baked Potato Soup II

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie III

I made this pie for my mother's birthday and the whole family dug into it and loved it! I really liked it because it's more rich and "peanut buttery" than most of the other peanut butter pies I've eaten.
