About this Cook

I have been married for 23 years and a mother to a one beautiful daughter, and two cats. I am a vegetarian and have been since birth. Needless to say, it has been pretty hard to find good recipes for my family that I can fix them ~ (they both love meat). I'm still trying though! =)

My favorite things to cook

I love to fix homemade mac. & cheese, different styles/kinds of potatoes, and pastas! I also LOVE to bake and my daughter and I try new dessert recipes together over the holidays.

Easy OREO Truffles

These are so rich, delicious and simple! They taste just like truffles/candy from an upscale candy shop and are also very pretty when using holiday colored OREO'S! Five stars plus from me!

No Bake Cookies III

These 'No-Bakes' are fantastic! I make them sometimes by omitting the chocolate when I am having a peanut butter craving, and call them 'Peanut Butter No-Bakes'. Again, great recipe!

Caramel Popcorn

Simply delicious! I added 2 cups of peanuts to the popcorn before adding the sauce. If I could add more stars, I would!
