Married for almost 24 years, mother to one beautiful daughter, and have two adorable & fun kitty cats. I am a vegetarian and have been since birth. Needless to say, it has been pretty hard to find good recipes for my family that I can fix them ~ (they both LOVE meat). I'm still trying though! =)
My favorite things to cook
I love to fix homemade mac. & cheese, different styles/kinds of potatoes, and pastas! I also LOVE to bake and my daughter and I like to try new dessert recipes together over the holidays.

Seven Layer Taco Dip
*Pretty* good but I was surprised at how watery it was. I too had to soak up sides with a paper towel. Probably would not make again.

Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle
OMGosh was this ever delicious - AND rich! I didn't have any coffee granules so I had to omit that. It was still absolutely delicious and actually very pretty in a trifle bowl. My husband, daughter and I ate every bit of it in two days! Thanks for a great and very simple to make dessert recipe!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.
WOW! These cupcakes are really yummy and addictive! We used a milk chocolate frosting but these are just as delicious without frosting! One thing I have noticed though - after they are done baking, the cookie dough is more hollow or 'holey' in the center, (if that makes any sense). What could be causing this? Anyway, these are still scrumptious! Thanks so much for posting!
