Cheesy Acorn Squash
Very tasty... Got a little soupy so I may puncture the bottom of the squash next time to drain some of the excess juices. I will also scrape the squash away from the skin before stuffing it so it's easier to eat.

Hawaiian Style Pasta
Very quick and tasty. I used extra pineapple... re-heats well for lunch the next day.
