Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

Makes a very good cookie! Great as described, You can pretty much add anything you like to them. For example, Ive added cinnamon and apples before or peaches. My favorite is as follows: I use butter instead of margarine, use one cup of wheat and one of white flour, use cup of brown sugar and one cup of Splenda Sugar-Bllend for baking, I use white chocolate chips instead of butterscotch, increase oats to 3 cups instead of 2, add 3 tablespoons benefiber powder (to increase fiber), 3 tablespoons of flaxseed meal, add 1/2 cup of walnuts, and add 1/3-1/2 cup of dried cranberries. YUM!

Homemade Wine Coolers

Loved this! I made 3 different types. For the first one, I used white wine and added mango to it before freezing it. The second one was red wine with frozen blueberries. With the third, I poured white wine in the ice trays and topped them with just a splash of red wine. The third ones looked so pretty! All of my guests LOVED this, and it was a nice beverage to serve at noon. Thanks for the recipe!

Fruit Dip II

Yum, everyone loved it. Its so simple and so delicious! Three people asked for the recipe. I served it with cantelope and strawberries. Some of my guests also used it over their brownies. Try it!
