My grandmother on my mother's side was Pennsylvania Dutch. Irish Scotch on the other. Some Spanish from Barcelona. So add a dash of Catalan.

Tomato Bubblys, Meatloaf Casserole Veggie Quesadilla.I just added Gorton's fish with goat cheese.
My cooking tragedies
An attempt to create an Itallian Egg dish out of leftover Meatloaf Casserole. It was awful.
