Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
While the sauce was wonderful, with the addition of the honey, the pork chops were very dry. I will try this again and reduce the cook time to 3 hours instead of 4.

Day Before Mashed Potatoes
I found the potatoes to be quite bland however, my guests seemed to enjoy them and one even asked for the recipe.
