I am married to a wonderful man. I have 3 great boys, they have given me 6 growing grandchildren. I am an Italian, I do love to cook Italian foods, I just started to bake alittle more then I have in the past. A tradition in my home is everyone at the table at 6, and we all eat together. On a birthday we all pitch in and cook the favoret of the birthday person. I have started a small catering business, my boys have all worked with me from time to time, now the grandchildren are asking to help, but they are to young right now. There are many, I'm far from perfect. But as a young mom, I tried to cook our first Thanksgiving meal, and forgot to put the bird in the oven early enough, so instead of turkey and mashed potatoes, we had burgers and fries.
