Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
Solid 41/2 stars! I was totally prepared to add more spices to this when it was done. The only spice listed is in the meatballs, none in the soup. To my surprise, it didn't need a thing added for taste! I had to use chopped frozen spinach, since I couldn't find fresh in December in Wisconsin :) and I always make my own broth from Orrington Farms soup base. This was a great hot soup for a cold winter night and will be added to our regular rotation. Even the picky 6 year old loved it (spinach and all). Thanks for a great recipe!

Golden Potato Soup
This recipe rocks! I've never thought of soup as a "comfort food" before, but we do now. I think it's only right to rate recipes as they're written, and this one was great as is. We of course, like most cooks, tweaked it to our personal tastes and added some garlic powder, extra potatoes, etc. Thanks so much for the great recipe ~ this will definitely be a cold winter staple on our menu!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
This chili rocks! The second time I made it, I pureed 2 of the cans of beans as another reviewer had suggested. It did make the chili thicker if that's how you prefer it. That being said, the recipe is great "as is" and served with some cornbread on the side is the perfect dinner for when the weather starts turning cold.
