Zucchini Pancakes
Really yummy recipe, followed exactly. Slightly crisp on the outside, creamy tender inside. Very good stuff!

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Great flavor, used only 1 1/2 sticks of butter, came out fine. Nice to have a cc cookie that isn't greasy.
