Pasta Milan
I thought this recipe was good, and I'd probably make it again, but I'll share some changes I made I thought really improved it. I thought the gorgonzola plus the heavy whipping cream would be a little much. So I used 2 oz. of gorgonzola, 2 oz of parmesan, and a 1/3 cup of soy creamer. It was not as rich and heavy, plus I'm sure it was much healthier. If I make this again, I'd add the asparagus and peas with 4-5 minutes left. The penne needed about 7-8 minutes to cook and the vegetables were a little overdone. All in all, it was a very good recipe!

Bratwurst Stew
I sort of winged this recipe after I forgot to pick up cabbage at the store. I added Yukon Gold potatoes and my boyfriend is still raving about it. Definitely something nice to eat on a chilly evening in front of the fire.

Chicken Tortilla Soup II
I really had high hopes for this recipe after reading the reviews, but I was not that impressed. Although the flavor is pretty good and the aroma through the house was incredible, it ended up looking like mush. The texture was soggy not hearty due to the tortillas. I will try to make this again, but next time I will add totilla chips last.
