Barbecue Tofu Sandwiches
I changed the recipe to make it a bit healthier (that's the reason for eating tofu, right?) by reducing the oil to only 1 tsp, using about 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce, and serving it with tomato slices on a whole wheat bun. It was pretty good, I'll probably make it again. I prepared the tofu by slicing it and browning it in the toaster oven first - the texture is much "meatier" and less watery that way. Nice recipe, thanks.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin
What did I do wrong? The spices were WAY too much - it was overpowering, I couldn't even taste the meat, it was so salty. I can't believe this recipe got such good reviews. I also used a barbecue sauce that was too flavorful, I should have used a bland store-bought sauce. The tenderloin was super tender and juicy, but it's hard to go wrong with pork tenderloin. The indirect heat method was easy, although I wasn't really sure how hot to keep the grill - I ended up at about 450 to begin with, then allowed it to cool to 350 for the rest of the cooking time, and the meat was perfect. I will definitely grill pork tenderloin like this again, only with a tenth of the spices and sauce.

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
I was skeptical, but this turned out yummy! I will be making this alot. My 1 yr old finished off a bowl of this soup in no time. The cloves really make the soup.
