I love to cook food for people who appreciate a good home cooked, and that means nothing out of the microwave. My all time favorite things to cook are anything cajun, creole, italian and going to resturants trying their seafood dishes and going home to make them. making breakfast on the weekends and holidays, and cooking dinner with my children every night Gumbo, Lasagna, Fried Apples, Greens, Oyster Dressing, baking cornbread while talking on the phone.
