The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Though I can understand why some would be disappointed in the stickiness of this dough and get frustrated, the way to combat the stickiness is to spray two sheets of parchment paper, flour the dough to be rolled, put the dough between the two sheets of parchment paper, roll it the dough, peel the paper, cut the dough, then peel excess away. As an original reviewer had stated, you can reuse the parchment paper. Cookies turned out good as far as I'm concerned.

Homemade Butter
Awesome. Because I have a VitaMixer and not a food-processor/blender, it took about the same amount of time but that's because I had to keep shutting off the VitaMixer and scraping the sides. Ended up with whipped butter and not butter like I was envisioning, but hey, I'm not complaining. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Is cheaper than buying a pound.
