Pumpkin Gingerbread
Good, moist. I enjoyed it, and it was a good change from plain pumpkin bread.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini
This was quite good. I did cut back a bit on the pepper just to please the taste of my 3 kids. It was easy and light and I will certainly make it again.

Holiday Shortbread Cookies
good cookies. I halved the recipe and it still made a 9x13 panful. I am going to make them again and drizzle or dip them in chocolate.
