I love to cook. I dont' have much time to do it during the week because I work and go to school full time, but I spend the weekend in the kithchen. I especially like to cook for a lot of people. I like to see people enjoy the food that I cook. I am transitioning to vegetarianism so I am really enjoying the challenge of cooking good without meat. Home made spaghetti on Christmas Eve.
