Quick, easy and good! Everyone in the family loved as is. The sauce was a little runny the first day. I added a little extra cheese to thicken. Was perfect the 2nd day.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Delicious. Everybody loved it and asked for it to be added as a regular. (12 & 15 year old) I followed advice of many and lightly floured the chicken and doubled the sauce. Will triple the sauce next time-not enough for the rice to soak up.

I would at least double the bacon next time and like others, take it out after it's done, crumble it and add back in just before serving. With the extra bacon I would give it 5 stars.

Sea Bass Cuban Style

This recipe is just right. Served with rice to soak up the sauce. We're going to try it with shrimp next time. Husband made this for me. I'm not a fish eater but love this.
