Key West Penne
Quick, easy and good! Everyone in the family loved as is. The sauce was a little runny the first day. I added a little extra cheese to thicken. Was perfect the 2nd day.

Pork Salad Croissants
A great way to use left over pork. We served as a salad on iceberg lettuce. Young and old liked it.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Delicious. Everybody loved it and asked for it to be added as a regular. (12 & 15 year old) I followed advice of many and lightly floured the chicken and doubled the sauce. Will triple the sauce next time-not enough for the rice to soak up.
