Balsamic Green Bean Salad
Best side ever! The sweet crunchiness of the green beans with the rich tang of the vinegar compliment every picnic. This is my family's favorite Thanksgiving side. I always have to make extras so people can have leftovers!

Moon Cake
Make it Diabetic friendly in a blink of an eye!Use sugar-free pudding, and low-fat milk and cream cheese. Instead of chocolate syrup, melt bittersweet/dark chocolate chips to drizzle over the top, as they are lower in sugar. So delicious and easy. People love the diabetic version!

Rolled Buttercream Fondant
Horrible experience. Halved the recipe, but still used almost 8lbs of sugar and it still was greasy. The flavor was okay, and that's the only reason I'm even giving it two stars. Try a different recipe, and save yourself the misery.
