Cherry Almond Bark
This was great, except that the "chocolate" that it called for was a little sweet, and I used dried cherries instead of candied cherries. Glad I did otherwise it would have been way too sweet. Will make again, but maybe with white chocolate chips instead.

Chai Tea Mix
Flavor was great, but the tea did turn out kind of gritty. I made the no sugar variety, and besides all of the spices left in the cup when you drink it, the recipe was good. Not really too much you can do about the spices though in this recipe, as they are what gives chai it's flavor.

Curried Chicken Salad
Love it, love it, love it! I've made this several times! It's great made up as a wrap, and never lasts more than a day...and that only with two of us eating it!
