Honey Crunch Pecan Pie
Yummy!! Just remember to take it out of the fridge at least 1 hr before serving.

Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash
This is fabulous!! My hubby who doesn't like squash is now a squash lover because of this dish. It is extremely simple and the flavor is fantastic! This goes in my regular meals file. Yummmm!

Sauceless Garden Lasagna
The flavor was great, but the presentation wasn't so good. There was a ton of liquid in the bottom of the pan. I also had to use a 9x13 dish, as there was no way that it would have fit into a 9x9. I will keep trying to make adjustments to make it work.
