I am a full time student with a full time job. At this time I am working on my bachelor's in accounting. I originally had wanted to go into cooking at the Texas Culinary Academy, but due to time conflicts and lack of funds to attend, i was unable to pursue my dreams. My hope is to obtain my master's degree in acctng/business mgmt and than to pursue my dream of becoming a culinary chef. I am married with no children, but have made up for that with 2 cats and 2 dogs that keep my life extra fun and busy. I love trying new exotic recipes. I am still searching for the perfect bombe recipe to attempt - that has been a goal of mine - to be able to create (sucessfully) the bombe. My family and I didnt' have any cooking traditions that I am aware of I can boil water without buring it...LOL. Also, I am slowly teaching myself about decorating cakes and other foods. Aside from not being able to attend the TCA, I burned my homemade corn chowder because I was not used to cooking on a gas stove. I oversalted my lasagna because I used a different type of salt. I burned a chocolate icing that I was experimenting with.
